How to Be Happy Without Remembering Anything About the Past

You may as well know that past is not something to worry about but beyond this fact 80% of us don't even dare to get the heck out of the past and live in present but rather opt for and just wanna cry on what happened or what went wrong in the past.

    Remove yourself from past experiences. You need not re think on the same thing again again and cry over it and just find what was your fault in that.

    Don't think you were worth that thing or that person rather that person / thing wasn't worth for you. Indeed you deserved better than that. Have this thing in mind moreover when you don't really get what you really wanted!

    Believe in yourself.
    • After losing a prized possession, start applying your interests in anything you get to never lose your self confidence in, just because you lost the most valuable thing.
    • After a break up, remembering your past won't help or lead you anywhere. So stop crying; not eating your food properly, not having a proper sleep, just being a lonely person just don't think about what happened or what went wrong.
    • Rethinking might hurt you more and more and minimize the amount of sad songs you can listen to. Try not to listen to them because it causes more depression and try hanging out with a friend you trust the most ; recall happy childhood memories ;go on trips picnics movies and where not with your friends
    • After a real bad thing happened, remove this thought from your mind the second it comes to you; think of reasons to live rather than to die. Try helping/volunteering for someone/something ,or even just for a cause.

    Stop thinking about what others are going to say if they listened or saw what your feelings were/are. Try and share them with someone who is trustworthy.

    Try your best not to run from your past but rather face it accept it and try living with it.

    Leave all the things and the situations on time. Time is a great healer; as the time passes you'll soon forget your past and make sure you don't just remember past and cry about it whether good or bad it has gone and would never come back what you did wrong was a mistake that now cannot be cured but can be vowed not to do the same thing again
